What software do I need to use your products?
You are downloading vector EPS files so you will need software that can open and edit vector files. We highly recommend you use Adobe Illustrator for these files, but there are other programs that will open EPS files. For more information, read this link.
Are your files Mac and PC compatible?
Yes. Any Mac or PC with vector editing software should be able to open our files.
Can I open your files in Photoshop?
You can open EPS files in photoshop, however most of the editing capabilities that come with vector files are not available using Photoshop.
I accidentally deleted my files. Can I re-download them?
Yes. After you purchase a file, you may re-download the files. In order to do that, you must create an account when you check out.
After one year, you will need to repurchase the file if you need to download again.
Can I resell your files?
No you can not. The reselling of any of our products is strictly prohibited.
What is your refund policy?
Since you are purchasing non-tangible products, are able to preview the file you are purchasing, and will have access to the files once they’re downloaded, unfortunately we can not offer refunds on any virtual items purchased through the site. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I share my files with a friend or co-worker?
You are permitted to save our files on up to 2 computers, operating out of the same location. So for example, if you work in a design studio and need the files on more than 2 computers, you will need to purchase an additional copy of the file for each group of 2.
